18 MONTH CONDITIONAL LICENSE
CONVERSION PACKAGE
This package is designed for Real Estate Salesperson licensees who have an 18 month conditional license, and are required to take two additional statutory courses, one of which must be Real Estate Practice, during their first 18 months of licensing to attain the full four year license. All our courses listed below have been extensively reviewed and Approved by the California Department of Real Estate.
Package Options listed below meet all California Department of Real Estate requirements for converting your 18 month license.
OUR 18 MONTH 2-COURSE PACKAGE INCLUDES:
1. California Real Estate Practice Course (required by the California DRE) 
This course covers the “How To’s” for becoming a successful Real Estate Salesperson. Our course includes the following:
- An outstanding California Real Estate Practice Textbook, which provides you with the latest developments in California Real Estate Law and Practice, and serves as an outstanding tool for jump-starting your new career. Our text provides essential tools on how to “practice” real estate and build a successful career, including advertising, qualifying prospects, loan applications, investment analysis, competitive market analysis, and the skillful use of the internet.
- Our course specific Study Guide, to test your knowledge and enhance your understanding of the material.
- An Open Book Final Exam, with a passing grade of 60%.
- Our “easy to complete” format. No essays or assignments to hand in. Work at your own pace in the comfort of your home.
- Upon successfully passing the course, a Certificate of Completion will be issued, recognized the by the California Department of Real Estate.
