Quickly and Easily Fulfill Your Requirements
The California Department of Real Estate requires licensees to complete continuing education courses as part of the license renewal process. The general requirement is that both Real Estate Salespeople and Brokers must renew their license every four years. We offer two packages for continuing education, both fully approved by the California Department of Real Estate.
Our first package is for Real Estate Salespeople who are renewing their license for the first time (1 st four year renewal), and require 12 hours of continuing education.
The second package is approved for 45 hours of continuing education. It is designed for Salespeople who have already renewed their license once, and are renewing for the 2 nd time (8 year renewal) or more. The second package also meets all requirements for Broker's license renewal (4 year, 8 year, etc.)
*Please note: Final Exams for our Continuing Education Courses are not available online, and must instead by completed with a monitor. This may be anyone who is not related to you by blood, marriage, or domestic partnership.
Please Note New DRE Requirement: If your license expiration date is June 30,2007 or later, you will be required to complete a 3 hour course in Risk Management. This is in addition to the above packages. Our Risk Management course is NOW AVAILABLE AND INCLUDED AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!
